Lovely cake, moist and tasty.
Once cake easily served 2 people and as we had 2 they lasted a while.
The cake stayed fresh for over a week and was as fresh as the day it arrived. Loved the coconut as it really made the cake more like the ones you used to have at school dinners with custard.
Also excellent with Custard!
Had it delivered via Royal Mail and delivery and cake was fresh for a over a week after delivery.
