I’m Rebecca – founder, head baker, and all round cake enthusiast behind Cakes by Rebecca. What started as a one-woman mission to brighten people’s days with baked joy, has grown into a full-blown cake adventure (sprinkles and all)
Everything’s made from scratch with love (and ethically sourced ingredients), with our vans delivering from the top of Scotland, all the way down to London! We’re also working hard to make all our packaging fully recyclable – because cake should be kind to the planet too.

Our Bakehouse
Our bakehouse is like something out of a Katy Perry video, with a green ivy entrance leading into a blue and white candy-striped shop complete with a bright sky ceiling and our very own carousel horse!
Each week we pack the shelves with new creations that our cake designers have made, tested, and loved, while of course keeping a few staples that are “must haves” for our regulars. Alongside our baked goods, we also stock Candid Gelato Ice-Cream, available in a variety of flavours ready to try in one of our luxury “fantasy” cones – rainbow-coloured, chocolate or sprinkles coated – take your pick!
As you may have seen on our social media, this is where you will also find our iconic electric blue Bargain Booth” telephone box where we sell off-cuts, corners, and any wonky products, with prices starting as low as 50p.
Minimising food waste is extremely important to us and is one of the ways we help to make a positive impact on the environment.
