• Eiffel Tower; Light maderia sponge filled with dreamy sweet cream, dipped in raspberry jam and rolled in coconut
• Classic Empire; Buttery biscuits smushed together with a cheeky splash of raspberry sauce, topped with glossy vanilla icing and a sprinkle of rainbow magic (Please note, our empires have had a festive glow up and are currently gingerbread man shaped)
