CARROT CAKE INGREDIENTS: CARROT CAKE SPONGE- Sugar, WHEAT Flour (with calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed), whole EGG powder, modified starch (WHEAT), dried carrot 3.5%, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, disodium diphosphate), dextrose, salt, spices, colours (ammonia caramel, algal carotenes), emulsifier (E481), whey powder (MILK). Composition. Glycerol (E422). CREAM CHEESE FROSTING- Sugar, vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed), cream cheese powder (MILK) 8%, water, humectant (sorbitol), emulsifiers (E471, E435), acid (citric acid), natural flavouring, salt, preservative (potassium sorbate), colour (algal carotenes). CHOCOLATE CARROT- White Chocolate- Sugar, Palm Oil (Palm Oil, Fully Hydrogenated Palm Oil), Whey Powder (Milk), Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin; Flavouring. Orange Colouring- Humectant: E422, vegetable oil (rapeseed), dye: E110, emulsifier: E322, E433. Allergens in bold. Produced in a facility that handles Oats, Peanuts, Sulphites, Nuts, Egg.
